As always, Dr. Monk and the staff at Lucerne Veterinary Hospital go above and beyond when it comes to care for my little senior kitty. I have such peace of mind knowing that Mojo will be well-cared for, no matter what ailment may present itself. I love how Dr. Monk is so thorough and detailed when it comes to monitoring, options for different treatments, and the cost transparency of the treatment and care to be provided. I would not go to any other veterinary clinic. Lucerne Veterinary Hospital has earned a patient for life, and deservedly so! Many, many thanks!
When our dog Barbie got quilled by a porcupine Lucerne Vet took her in right away. She was a new patient and we didn’t know what to expect, especially since the procedure was being done under anesthesia. When they noticed I was coming from a bit of a distance they arranged to do it while I waited, which was much appreciated. We were pleased to find the entire staff friendly, efficient and professional, and when I brought Barbie back a week later for her “first appointment,” a yearly physical, she surprisingly wasn’t afraid. Barbie had been treated with such kindness throughout the process of removing the quills that she was happy to go back into the building.... read full review
