“I was in the middle of a project when I noticed my laptop wasn't charging. When I couldn't figure out why, I tried Google and YouTube, came up with what I thought was the issue, and went to Computer Doctor to ask them if they could fix it right away.

After hearing my google- inspired dx they took issue, saying they thought I was misdiagnosing the problem. They took my laptop plugged it in to another charger and turns out the problem wasn't nearly as complex as I'd thought, I just needed a new charger. They didn't charge me for the correct diagnosis, just the charger, and were very nice about it.

I appreciate that they listened to me, didn't laugh at my error, and fixed my problem fast. Terrific place, next time my laptop behaves badly I will skip Google and bring it here instead.“
