We have the Dead River protection plan. We waited less than 30 minutes for Alex to come replace multiple parts to our furnace, after the snow storm. Good customer service started the moment they answered their phone. Alex was pleasant, informative, efficient and extremely polite. When i called to have propane delivered i had a wounderful experience the staff was laughing and in a very good mood and she was training someone. Got my request figured out fast and had my delivery all set up within 5 mins of calling and it wasnt to long of a wait for the delivery. Helpful staff.. Very good experience. Would recommend to anyone needing their heating needs filled. Thank you again.
