Great experience. I have really bad social anxiety and I instantly felt comfortable. Taunya was brilliant and picked just the right color for my skin tone and eyes. Couldn't be happier.

My daughter and I never go any where else. We adore Taunya and love what she does. Amazing service and Taunya is always so friendly and listens to what you say you want. So happy we found her.

Taunya did my hair 3 times while I was staying in Bangor area for a while. She trimmed my long hair and my bangs. She also washed and blew out my hair twice after the initial cut and style. I cannot say enough good things about Taunya! First she trimmed my hair to a perfect length for me. Then, she solved my issue with my bangs, which is that they are really thick. They look like roman shades after a while. She cut them so they are lighter and more feathery. I just love it! l was addicted to the whole experience of Balance so I had to go back again and again. So luxurious and relaxing! I had Taunya wash and blow-out my hair every week after that! I didn't get a chance to get a massage there but I'm planning on it next time I'm in Maine.
