My name is Kelly and I've had seven spinal fusions with a compound fractured tip and fibula years ago. Recently with two back-to-back cervical fusions I have been in the best hands of the best physical therapist I've ever seen in the 15 years that I've been in agony. Being greeted by Cheryl's smile at checkin sets the tone. The therapist and everyone on the staff are friendly, kind, compassionate and most importantly the Integrity of their experience and education is top-notch. Jenna who I've worked with the most has changed my life, I've come farther working with her than I have with any other any physical therapist I've ever seen and I have been in a lot of them. I don't want to forget anyone Sara, Noelle, Dani and other therapists that I've worked with really listened to what I had to say. It won't matter who you get they are all top-notch therapists who care about your healing not just throwing you onto gym equipment expecting you to heal that way. They work hands on with you and your body and healing in many different ways. I can't say enough good about Back in Motion. This would be the only place I would send anyone to heal period, so thank you all so much for this great great place to sometimes painfully heal but ultimately heal from surgeries or injury. These guys have become our go-to contractors as we renovate our 70s-era home. Run by two brothers who've been in the business for over 40 years, Carefree Window and Siding are professional, thorough, and honest. When they run into a problem they let you know about it and ask how you want it dealt with. They do flooring, too; they did such a good job re-siding our home that we had them replace all our carpets (shag-a-delic baby) with hardwood throughout. My wife and I are so happy that we found Navneet and DIY Solar! We recently purchased a secluded off-the-grid house on a lake in Maine. We wanted to convert it it a 4 season house, but we could not bear to run power lines to it (which would have significantly impacted the pristine nature of the property.) So our solution was to go solar.
Navneet helped us every step of the way: thinking through requirements, specing out several iterations of system design, ordering and installing equipment, configuring things, helping monitor the results. We ended up with 22 405W panels on a south facing roof, 28kWh of battery and a 12kW inverter. Along the way we added a 15kBTU heat pump and a 40 amp EV charging post at the end of the driveway. Navneet managed all of this and brought in the electrician and heat pump installer. As a nice bonus, everything has remote control and monitoring via mobile apps.
Navneet was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He was always respectful, flexible, personable and generally willing to do what was needed to make things happen. He gave us lots of good advice along the way beyond the scope of the project: efficient ceiling fans, crawl space insulation, remote control systems, wi-fi system, etc. We would definitely recommend him to anyone embarking on a similar project.
The system has been running well so far (2 months). We installed a backup generator to keep the batteries charged during periods of limited sun, but it hasn’t needed to kick in thus far. I will update this post in the spring to report on how it does through the winter.

What a lovely spot in Brewer! So clean, cute, and you can feel the positive energy from everyone as soon as you enter. I can’t say enough positive things about Shauna (who does facials in the back in this amazing relaxing room) equipped with the most comfortable warming bed/ table! My 10 year old daughter was nervous going to a different dentist, we needed a consult done as our dentist is retiring no longer does braces etc.
The office was the most professional and pleasant I’ve ever experienced. The office staff are so welcoming and kid friendly. There are many accomplishments to look at -all over the walls, plants with names (get your dental assistant her “Snoopy” plant, she’ll know who she is ?) , and one of the best parts are the amazingly snuggly pups in office.
I’d give away his secret pass time for the kids while a guard is being made, but I’ll let everyone figure that out on their own, just beware, your kid may have a new favorite snack when they leave …
Overall positive experience, my kid left asking when we could go back and how amazing Dr. Liberatore is.

For my birthday, I was gifted an IV treatment with Riverlight Restorative Health, where the nurses treated me with true care! I had a blend of vitamin C, Glutathione and other vitamins and minerals that I needed after just having a head cold. I Highly recommend spending a little tender love and care with these women!

Molly is the best of the best! She has been doing my hair for about a year and I have never left a hair appointment more impressed and happy. On top of being incredibly talented at what she does Molly is the sweetest human and makes you feel so comfortable and listens to what you want while being sure it is what is best for your hair. She has done the best tape in extensions for me and educated me throughout the process to keep my hair healthy and get the most out of the service. Her balayage and blending is amazing! And she always is able to squeeze in a brow wax or pedicure when I want a little extra pampering. She does it all and does it amazing!

From my very first visit Deziree listened to every word I said and understood how I was feeling. I had spent almost 2 years in menopause and truly felt like my life was over. I had headaches, hot flashes,severe joint pain and so many other symptoms. I also have had thyroid problems since I was in my late 30’s. Every doctor I visited before Deziree told me it was just something I needed to deal with. She has taken over my thyroid health and my menopause health and I’m finally feeling great. Woman don’t have to suffer and I thank god every day that I was given her name and made the call. With her dedication and knowledge the view on menopause will change and I’m hopeful that my daughter and granddaughter will have to suffer like I did.

Consistently beautiful and relaxing experience. The office smells ylang ylang and jasmine, every time, and it’s a sensory blessing before even getting on the table. Kevin is conscious, consensual, and always checking in for comfort. Highly recommend! I called seeing if they had immediate availability. I was seen right as I walked in. I was unsure of what I wanted to do for my nails. The owner herself explained the different sets I could do and helped me decide based on my personal preferences. I decided on the builder gel. The owner was the one who did my nails, constantly asking if the length/shape was okay making sure I was satisfied. We had (consensual) personalized conversation the entire time.
