Air conditioning not working on a +90 degree day. Called Total Comfort 1st thing in the morning and they had Johnathon here by 8:30 AM and corrected the issue. TC is a great company to work with Matt, Johnathon, and Zack are great. Their whole team is alway courteous an extremely professional.

Owner Matt was compassionate enough during a recent heat wave to agree to service my heat pump (a.c), even though his company did not install the unit (I did not yet know of his company at the time of purchase).
HVAC technician Chris (with helper Nate) arrived and I am pleased to say that he patiently diagnosed the relevant problem.
This very thorough and knowledgable service call led to the proper part now on order, and the "boys" should be back next week.
Kudos to the company for efficiency and service.

Total Comfort Services updated our very old Slant-Fin oil boiler to a more efficient Wall-Hung Condensing Boiler that can run on natural gas or propane. Got a referral for Total Comfort Services (division of Haley's Metal Shop in Biddeford). They updated our 1958 Ranch all to code with very efficient and clean install.
1. Matt H. and Gil. provided a perfectly easy to understand free estimate that was detailed and clear of exactly the work to be performed.
