I snagged a last minute opening in the salt room. I had never experienced it before and found the halotherapy to be very relaxing. I did feel “lighter” and somewhat rejuvenated after the session. I enjoyed warm conversation before my session, including explanation of everything, and a calm, inviting environment. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!
