Friendly customer service when I called that understood my stress and was honest about their availability for the day given that it was a holiday week and I was not already a customer. Called back when she said they would to give me an update and the plumbers who came were friendly, fast, and took the time to show me where the block was in the dishwasher drain so I would be able to resolve it myself next time.
