I called because we had low water pressure in a couple specific areas of our new home and the lady who answered was knowledgeable and immediately offered a solution we could try ourselves to fix the issue. She was exactly right and we were able to address the problem without having to book a plumber at all, which was a relief. I was impressed that she was able to help us out over the phone and was transparent about how far out they were booked and that she didn't want us to have to wait and pay if the solution was simple.
