Her hospitality to all of the customers who came in before me was inspiring. And this was truly the first haircut I’ve ever had that I’ve walked away smiling and totally in love with it. She blew my hopes out of the water and gave me the haircut of my dreams … and then undercharged me out of kindness for it being a simpler cut than normal.
