Direct Cremation of Maine was wonderful with assisting me through the end-of-life prearrangements for my father’s affairs accommodating me from out of state. They guided me efficiently through the prepaid arrangements process with kindness, compassion and understanding making it easy for me long distance. Tammy was responsive and professional with an unforeseen facility, hospice and imposter cremation company mishap. It was great having funeral prearrangements in those delicate moments. They were kind and considerate. Answered all my questions, and very informative about procedures and how to fill out paperwork. A nice variety of urns and pendents.. Reasonable rates. I would refer others A+.

I have only been working with Katherine for a few months but I wanted to let you know that they treat their vendors with respect . I actually do not live in Maine but if I did I would use their services . If they treat their vendors like this i can only imagine the level of sevice they extend to the families that they serve.
