I have asked Ryan of Belfast Computer for help more than once. He listens to understand why you came and has always been helpful. I recommend him as a knowledgable copywriter technician.This time it was Joe who answered the call, being ready to understand my issue. Joe decided to do a remote analysis of the problem (with my permission and understanding). I was amazed at Joe's ability while I watched his work on my screen. We, in Waldo County are fortunate to have Belfast Computer.

These guys have never let us down on the repairs they have done for our Toshiba laptop. They do great work, make sure you have the last "protection", and work is done in a timely manner. The pricing is also more that fair.

Well I started out at another computer shop in Belfast who told me they could install new drives and migrate my original files and PROGRAMS onto the new drives so my computer would come back to me fully operational. Well when I got it it just had two files containing my raw data with all my programs gone. When I called the tech was rude and told me what I wanted couldn't be done. I called Belfast Computers and they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. In no time they did what the other company was paid to do but failed. Belfast Computer even stuck with me as we worked out a few bugs after the migration. Be careful where you take your computer!...read full review
