“Every time I call and want to speak to a person I get a recording saying “you have reached the general mail box please leave a message”. I find this very impersonal and a bit strange. The staff, once you are there in person are friendly and courteous though not always very prompt about returning calls or calling with test results.“

“My wife has always struggled to find glasses that she felt comfortable in and that fit her face in an attractive way. Over the years we have been in dozens of eyeglass stores searching for one that had choices she liked and good customer support. NEO was beyond any of our previous experiences or expectations. I have never seen so many frames, styles, colors, shapes, etc. My wife was able to take frames to show her friends, and every time we came back there were new ones to look at. The owner of the store, Merv, was outstanding to work with. He assisted in choosing or commenting on frames when asked, but also allowed as much time as needed to browse and try frames on. He provided excellent advice on the lenses and spent time to ensure that the measurements and fit were right. This will definitely be our preferred eyeglass store in the future! BTW, the sign on the store just says NEO, so it is easy to miss.“
