Called and left a message and received a call back within a couple hours (this seems to be rare nowadays) and Kevin said he would come look at my problem the next business day (again, seems to be rare nowadays). I really appreciate their timely response in checking out my heating/plumbing issue.
Kevin helped me diagnose issues with my 1997 hot water heater, and ultimately update to a heat pump water heater. He knew all about the rebates and was able to suggest a great option for my situation. Kevin was always responsive and made time to describe my options and walk me through the install, even in a very busy season! My water stopped running on a Sunday night. I called and they came out on Monday morning. Problem was diagnosed quickly as a failed well pump. They came out early Tuesday morning and replaced the well pump. They were done by 10:30am. Excellent service. Everything seems to be working and I have water again. Great company, nice and professional folks to deal with. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job.
