There's a few great doctors here. The rest are pretty strange themselves. They use "not concerning health issues" a lot when asked for a second opinion it was my own PCP. Seems like a lot of strangeness is at NLH but there are genuine heros here too. "They walk amongst us" comes to mind.
Doctors great, love the nurses, OBGYNs great.
The service with the secretaries are not great. Long hold times (20-30 min on average) , most are slow on the keyboard and not experienced with their computer skills. No urgency. And lack customer service skills. Takes forever to check out after appointments.

Over all I love being a patient here for both me and my son. But hoping to see some improvements with the front office.
The first messup was an annoyance. After my daughter’s yearly checkup we were told to come back for a booster shot. We were billed for a full second checkup, more than $150, because they weighed her before giving her the shot. This makes it an “exam.” Okay, fine, be careful and get her boosters at the pharmacy. Fine.My kid has special needs and needs assistance from the state. To get her official diagnosis, I called the office and asked for an appointment with a specialist. They said they had one in-office and scheduled an appointment.
