Store is not clean, the staff are more interested in talking worth each other than helping or organizing and the management is suspect at best. Ordered (prepaid) in something out of stock, it arrived to the store and was the sold to someone else. Double sale. The prepaid special order section is separate from the rest, item,s arrived bagged/tagged and hold for the purchaser. How this happened is beyond mine. The manager of the section said oops well it is gone now. I can order another, be into the store in 4-5 weeks. I drove a 3 hour round trip to pick this up. Needless to say, it was frustrating and I make no special trips or attempts to shop here an longer due to this and how many times you have to circle the store to find someone to help with the floor stock.

I've been coming here for years for haircuts. The stylists are all very professional and do a fantastic job. Their prices are also reasonable. I greatly appreciate their weekend hours.

Julie did an amazing job on my haircut and also recommended olaplex. When I went back to get the olaplex treatment I was amazed at how healthy and shiny my hair look. Thank you so much, Julie!
