Update: After this Jess did get back to me and offered to respray at no cost, and was very educational about what she thought had happened. Initially, she did not know about this interaction and was able to use it as a training example for an employee, while also neverI throwing her employee under the bus. She is kind, understanding, and incredibly intent on her clients satisfaction. Very much recommend.

Jess has been so great to work with! Her knowledge is abundant and the variety of product and customization she provides is top notch. As a long time tanner, I’ve not ever seen the level of personalization and attention to detail that Jess and her shop provides. She always has a smile and a positive attitude to share so thanks for always making me comfortable in your space!
I was so nervous to get my first spray tan, especially with the pre and post care. Glow getter’s and Jess really eased my mind and made my experience wonderful! I’m obsessed with my tan- its natural and beautiful!
