Diane is very, very good at her profession, and in addition, she is kind and friendly. She will not overcharge you, though she easily could because you'll be so relieved with the result that you would be willing to pay whatever she charged. Sometimes, I feel guilty when she tells me the fee. Be sure to tip her well... she is worth every zap! ?

As a transgender woman, I had been feeling apprehensive about starting electrolysis- not because of the pain, but because I know I can't always count on being treated well. Diane has been completely professional, explaining what to expect every step of the way. She has been extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling, and (although at first I was skeptical of scheduling by text) it turns out that I've never had a more convenient experience interacting with a healthcare / beauty provider. As you might expect, electrolysis hurts! But after 8 hours of treatment, Diane has been able to do a full sweep of my face and I have significantly reduced facial hair now. Her rates are very reasonable and I can wholeheartedly say that she is a good choice if you're trans and you want to get your face zapped.
