This review is for Berkshire Hathaway realtor Mariya Doncheva. We were serendipitously paired with Mariya through Zillow when we requested a showing for a house in Bangor. Upon first meeting Mariya, we liked her right away. She was kind, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very open with us about what we should expect as first time home buyers in this market. Throughout our house hunting journey, Mariya was there for us whenever we needed her or had questions about anything. Though we were first home buyers and had no idea what we were doing, she was so helpful and extremely patient with us, even when we were calling her at random times throughout the day to ask her a multitude of questions. She was always honest and making sure we were doing what was right for us financially, and she was always double checking that we were 100% certain about making decisions before acting on them. When she finally found the house we fell in love with, she worked extremely hard for us to come up with the most competitive offer possible. And it paid off! We got the house! And when things got stressful or problems arose, she was there every step of the way working her magic to get things done right. We honestly couldn’t be more thankful for Mariya’s hard work, professionalism and all around wonderful character. We couldn’t have gotten the house of our dreams without her. We purchased our home from Rosa Collins. She provided an exceptional service to our family. We were out-of-state buyers that needed a realtor with a flexible schedule and the patience to educate us on the State. I'm still blown away with their service she provided.
