Great service! Got a tow after I failed to complete a repair on my car. They don't have a rollback truck, but they do have a wrecker with a dolly, which I needed for my AWD vehicle. They had a super cheap (compared to other businesses) price of $125 from Old Town to Brewer. Thank you to the driver who delivered my vehicle!

He’s a great guy. His pricing is fair he’s polite. He’s a very easy to work with you can trust him. He has integrity and he takes his time with you when you have questions you don’t feel like he just wants to get away from you so he can get to the next call he takes the time it’s necessary for the customer and that is not common nowadays and I have used them several times

Picture this. You worked a 9-5 and then working on a customers car from 5-11. You feel relief as you finish the final step of your job. You go to pull the car out of the bay and the car is locked. You look for the keys and can't find them. Turns out, they are locked in the car. 11 PM and you are frantic. You call the sheriff's and the state Police. They can't help. You call 5 places and a few answer- $500 is the cheapest quote. You call A1, desperate. The guy was so nice and got to my shop within 15 minutes. Didn't sound bothered or annoyed... he only charged me $100.
