I usually don’t author reviews for personal services, I like to review restaurants, reviews of things is a lot less embarrassing and I am brutally honest. Typically, I stick to restaurants and events. But we are so very happy with Lori, that I decided to break with tradition and do my first review of a personal service. Here goes nothing. I enthusiastically recommend Laurie Haggerty for your next real estate transaction. She knows everything there is to know about Harpswell, Bailey Island, Orrs Island, and surrounding areas—and has her pulse on every real estate sale happening in the area. She is warm and kind, but also a highly effective agent/broker. She is highly professional, but also willing to roll up her sleeves and get the work done, whether it's staging your home or cleaning up your yard. I seldom write reviews, but I am compelled to for Roxanne York Real Estate, and in particular, Roxanne York. I can't be more genuine when I say that Roxanne is a truly experienced professional and incredibly experienced in the area market. It was really valuable having that experience working for us as buyer's agent. Her advice had incredible level of detail - well water quality in one part of town vs. another, tax rates, water depth, tree ordinances, etc.
