My fiancé Tyler and I had a wonderful experience with finding our home through Roxanne York Real Estate, we are so thankful to Kristina for helping us find our home. She was such a great listener to our wants and needs; and went out of her way to show us listings that we wanted to see. When looking at homes she was open about her thoughts and opinions about the homes - Tyler and I were really grateful for this since she brought up important things to consider about the homes we were looking at. She kept us positive when we got frustrated, and was down to earth, personable, and easy to communicate with. In being new home buyers she was really able to help us understand the whole process/experience and was able to recommend a mortgage broker and inspector we felt comfortable with that we could trust. When we found a home we wanted to buy she went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, and ensured that everything was in order for us to buy our home. We are truly thankful and love our home, if we ever decide to sell we will definitely turn to Kristina for assistance in that process! Thank you so much Kristina for all your hard work for us!
