I am a summer resident to Maine and I arrived this summer with a horrible shoulder with constant piercing pain. I contacted Healing Pathways and was connected with Josie. Josie was kind enough to take a new patient and come in multiple days on holidays or even her vacation to work on me. She was professional, extremely nice, and worked hard to help alleviate my pain. Often by trying new things or suggesting things I might try in between our sessions. I am going home with zero pain and I know it’s all due to her! I would highly reccomend Josie for any of your massage needs!

Great massage I come to Maine every summer and always try to get an appointment. Very relaxing, while at the same time,targeted pain relief . Great free parking behind the building . The treatment room ( and all I have seen ) is always clean and has a great “vibe” . You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you Julie for giving this tired nursing student an amazing session today! And not being offended by my twitches and snores as I relaxed under your work. As a fellow LMT I’m super picky about body work. I was not disappointed. I’ve already booked my next session and encourage anyone who loves deep tissue work along with energy work to do the same.
