FYI I haven’t even passed this class yet! Just my opinion but I Do not agree with most of these one star reviews…Instructor is always on the dot on time, Very respectful, has gone out of his way to get me to an atm when I didn’t have the cash to pay for my class that day not once, TWICE! He uses repetition to teach me which seems to work well so far. I don’t see anything wrong whatsoever. I’m sorry for anyone that has had any issues. My experience has been great so far. I would recommend!

I know this was a while back, but I learned so much from Glen Soucy. I took his course, over the Winter of '05 & '06.
Yes, it's been 17 years since I took his course, and I was about to turn 35.
As an adult, I recognized that he was a consummate professional, and took his work very seriously.
Learning to drive in Augusta, Maine, IN THE WINTER, was perfect! When I finished Glen's course, I could drive in ANY weather!
I still remember the techniques that he taught me, like how he would snap his fingers, at the exact time you need to choose whether to slow down, or go through a yellow light. I still use my turn signal when I'm exiting... read full review

My daughter took his class a few years ago, she had no issues passing his class and thought he did a great job preparing her for the real world. Sure he does not sugar coat his communication to students or give the white glove treatment if kids think this is stressful you better hold on the real world and adulthood is going to be one heck of a ride. Society in general these days needs to stop being so easily bothered by every thing, it is not the situation but your reaction to the situation that creates stress. Kids need to take driving very seriously they are operating a potentially deadly weapon and need to be aware of their surroundings at ALL times I feel he helped... read full review
