“The male receptionist was great, he went out of way to help get my order right and that is why I gave such high score...the female doing the drug screen needs help with customer service. My license expired (I did renew it online but didn't have the print out or email confirmation). I explained that I did renew it and her response was "Well, I can't do anything with an expired ID". I get the expired ID is my issue BUT she could of had a little more empathy and said if you find the email, the printed copy reschedule before the order expires on this day or even said lets see if we have an opening for later today or Tuesday so you can run over to DMV and get the stick that they put on them. Yeah....none of that came from her.“
