I called Pro-Tech and Theresa set me up with Jon to do a start up including running the copper, vacuuming the system and charging it up. The whole process was great. Jon was very knowledgeable and efficient. I tried to buy him lunch but he worked right thru. They were very fair on the invoice. Could not be any happier. Will definitely recommend them. I am from Florida and they exceeded my expectations. Thanks Pro-Tech

Pro-Tech has been amazing from start and finish. I ordered a 5-head mini-split. I went through Efficiency Maine as a lender. They were familiar with all the steps and helped with the forms and rebates. The initial quote was very informative and reassuring. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but of everyone, I felt the most confident with them and I wasn't disappointed.

I have had 3 different systems installed in different homes. 1 was a hybrid system. Their work was done well and on time. And repairs were also done quickly and efficiently too.
