i sent in a VERY unique guitar (left handed schecter kenny hickey signature) with factory defects in the neck. other techs i sent it to couldn’t figure it out, but this man was able to figure it out IMMEDIATELY and repair them. it’s like i have a brand new instrument. on top of the immaculate repairs, he stayed late on a sunny friday afternoon so we could go over the repairs and figure out a plan for future work. i’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a luthier/guitar tech before. this wasn’t the first instrument i’ve brought him and certainly won’t be the last - i IMPLORE anyone that needs work, repairs, or even general advice to go to Main Street...read full review
I was greeted by a couple very cordial men that helped me find what I needed and went out of their way to find me an amp at a great deal. Nothing but great things to say about the people here. It's a small store but it feels great walking in and seeing people passionate about music and helping people out. 2 thumbs up!
Took a couple of my guitars over for some work a couple weeks ago and was absolutely blown away by the service. Steve is THE man. Period. Had my stuff in and done lightning fast, set up a time and picked them up super timely, just an overall killer experience. Hands down will be my new spot for work on my strat/les Paul/taylor or really any of my needs. Thanks again guys.
