“We were struggling to get a quote from another company for weeks on a large/whole house soot damage claim. We called Service Master and were quickly connected with Adam. He came out the next day to our rural house, and got us a quote back the following day to submit to insurance. This was on Friday and by the following week we had a team working on cleaning our house, both levels from significant soot damage. I haven't met everyone involved, but have been so impressed by the quality and attention to detail to our home.
