Gary and Donna are very nice and if there is a issue, they are awesome at helping you...I had a problem and Gary was so very kind and helped me with no hesitation...you want to do business here..

We've purchased two Jotul propane stoves from Fireside and had them installed. We had a problem with lighting the second one. They sent someone out, and it was taken care of quickly.

We also purchased a thermostat, but I couldn't figure out how to connect it. I went back and asked them for help. Gary showed me (on one of e floor models) exactly where the connections were. Problem solved.

I would not go anywhere else by the Fireside Stove Shop. This is an investment that you only want to buy once! Gary is the same owner in the same location which speaks volumes. The best part is they are there for you long after the purchase is made!
