Was on time, waited half an hour for a doctor. When a doctor asked how I was I was honest and said I didn't appreciate the wait time as I have My own life, only for them to tell me the appointment was supposed to take another hour (I had a carpool to worry about) and then threatened to tell my employer that I was being extremely rude and that they shouldn't hire me. I started crying. I cant wait to tell my employer about my experience.

The male receptionist was great, he went out of way to help get my order right and that is why I gave such high score...the female doing the drug screen needs help with customer service. My license expired (I did renew it online but didn't have the print out or email confirmation). I explained that I did renew it and her response was "Well, I can't do anything with an expired ID". I get the expired ID is my issue BUT she could of had a little more empathy and said if you find the email, the printed copy reschedule before the order expires on this day or even said lets see if we have an opening for later today or Tuesday so you can run over to DMV and get the stick that...read full review

I had a back pain for sometime and was told that it was a rib muscle that would take a while to heal. I was at work a slipped down some ice stairs. It aggravated my back pain, so my employer filed a workman comp claim. I was a this clinic for a hearing test and I mentioned the back pain and the said the had a Doctor of Osteopathy and I should make an appointment with Dr Gordon. I first visited Dr. Drexel Gordon on January 7, 2022, he did an evaluation on me as it was winter, I had work boots, sweatshirts and other clothing he was feeling through, I thought that was odd multiple layers of clothing what could he feel through that. He proceeded to twist me and stretch me. Then he had me lay down on my back in a sit up position and put his hand on outside of my knees and had me push out. Then he put his hands on the inside of my knees and had me squeeze together. Then he started spreading my knees apart, he got to a point I though he was going to stop, that I was thinking he can't go any further. The he pushed, I yelled out ouch that hurt, I have a hernia, he stopped. We scheduled another visit a couple weeks later as he said it would take a couple weeks for what he did to take affect. I felt sharp pains in my groin area for that two weeks, if I twisted a certain way, even at night while i slept it would wake me. The next appointment, he had me on the table in the sit up position again and i told him not to spread my legs again, that it still hurts from the last time. So I left back to work, his boss called my employer before I even got back to work and told him that my workers comp claim would be denied cause I mentioned that my back be hurting for a while. I think Dr. Gordon knows he screwed me up and wanted to cover his butt. I cancelled all future appointments with him. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!! Today is March 9, 2023 and I am still experiencing pain in my groin area more often
