Rocky got right back to me when I left a message about the work we needed done at 2 of our Hope House locations. He was at the job site right when we arranged for him to be there. With a friendly attitude and great ability he quickly located and was able to fix my plumbing problems. He was more than fair with a price that could not be beat. I highly recommend Building Maintenance Plus. They are top of my list for the next building need I might have.
