I brought a Carhartt jacket to the ACC after wind blew cooking oil all over me. The jacket was covered with oil stains/spots I couldn’t get out with Dawn. Lauren was incredible and said she’d do everything she could to get the oil out of my absolute favorite jacket. She called a few days later with the exceptional news that her efforts were a success! Today we dropped off a comforter that my granddaughter had drawn on with red marker (including a smilie face!!). My sister and I had tried everything we knew to remove the marker but nothing worked. Paula, at Auburn Cleaning Center, scrubbed the many areas with a special solution and then washed the comforter. THE MARKER CAME OUT!!! Thank you so much for putting extra effort into this project.
