We did an annual tune up again this year, and after the guys left, we had an electrical issue. Mark came out again (on a Saturday), to take a look at it, suggested an electrician he trusted. That electrician came out and fixed it quickly as well.The fact that Mark did not know if the issue was related or not to the AC unit (it wasn't-just a bad outlet), coming out a second time and to refer someone quickly, shocked me on his kindness. We are blown away by this dojo! Our son went to another place that's based out of Manchester/Augusta and you could tell they were only for your money. This place is all about YOU or your child. They are all about family and incredibly welcoming ?? The first thing they said to us was that they were all about anti bullying and we loved that! From there, we never stopped being amazed about all the small things they do that show they care and are truly incredible human beings!! Our daughter has been instantly welcomed and we can tell she'll be here for a very long time ?

My husband has been getting his haircut by Greg for years. If he can't get right over there when he needs a trim he will wait weeks and sometimes a month or 2 overdue before he will go to another shop. I had a giant head of hair that I wanted to cut down very short before I started chemo and Greg did a wonderful job with that as well.

I booked an appointment with Sara Hinson, she recently moved to urban edge. I showed her my inspirations of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for!! Not only that but the experience she gave me while doing my hair, I’ve never had my hair professionally done and I was for sure nervous. She was very talkative which made me less nervous. She has a spunky and unique personality. She did an extremely good job ??. I can tell she has lots of experience. I will for sure be coming back to see her again. Both the owner Muon, who did my manicure, and his other employee, who did my pedicure were very nice and did exactly what I was looking for. Muon was careful and precise, and the other employee was very gentle on my pedicure. That was the most gentle anyone has ever been, even with the scrapy thing they use for the heel, I didn't even feel it! I got my nails done on January 20 and they still look great! Will definitely be returning for a fill! It's worth the drive from Casco!

Went in for the $10 hair cut promo going on this weekend. Was placed with Greta as my stylist. She was professional and understood exactly what I was looking for. JCPENNEY in the Auburn Mall has gained at least 3 new clients as I will be bringing my daughters in! Great clean atmosphere with professional stylist!
Stylist: Greta was fantastic! I showed her an inspo photo and she nailed it. She took the time to walk me thru how to style it to get the same results daily! Kept the chit chat to a minimum which is great for me because I dislike small talk. ( i think she sensed it) But when we did talk it was wonderful.very professional and great at her job!

I have called several plumbing companies, some no answer, others not available for weeks. Since I just needed my kitchen sink reinstalled after a new countertop installation it wasn’t a large job. Much to my surprise they were available Monday afternoon (I called on Friday). The guys showed up on time, did amazing work, were courteous and answered my questions. I will recommend these guys to anyone asking for plumbing referral.

The whole experience was great. I was so pleased that Jessica at the office could get help out to me quickly. Jason and Greg showed up exactly on time, were friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They also saved me quite a bit of money on the replacement faucet when they let me know my brand had a lifetime warranty. This is the second time I called them and the first experience was also great.

We contracted with ACS Electrical Contractors to redo the wiring in our kitchen and family room as part of a renovation. It was important to us to have a certified master electrician do the work. We are so excited to finally have good lighting in our kitchen and grounded outlets throughout! Dave is highly professional - he showed up when he promised and completed the work on budget. A few weeks ago, I suffered a minor setback with a strained lower back after overdoing it lifting weights. Luckily, I contacted Dr. Chris and his team about what was going on and he got me into the office the following day.
After a quick review of my back muscles and spine, Dr. Chris was able to adjust my back and provide stimulation therapy on the problem area. The first appointment was excellent, I felt better on the road to recovery after the first couple days. Later that week, I had a follow up appointment with even better results. I'm happy to say I have no more back pain and I feel completely recovered, back on track with my workouts. Major Kudos to Chris and his team!
If I ever have any other back issues, I know exactly what I'm going to do!

if you are feeling stiff and its hard to walk or bend and have back or hip pain this is the place to go to and see Deborah......she is a very nice easy going person to get along with.....how much would you pay to feel better? .....i tried her and i am so much better, i felt really better by the second visit but i did need a little more work and she knew exactly where to go......ive been hurting for 30 years and she makes me feel like im young again, im 63.....i couldnt walk good and i had lower back pain and my upper back and neck was so stiff......she loosened everything up.....she is worth every penny.....and her prices are reasonable.....my wife is going to start to see her soon and i cant wait to see my wife feel relieved......i was a truck driver and used to use a 2 wheeler to deliver supplies and by the time i was 35 my body couldnt handle it anymore......i wish i knew Deborah 30 years ago.......thank you Deborah
