They were wonderful! This is our regular vet but when my older dog fell off the bed and needed to be seen, they fit us in same day! The vet took her time examining my dog to locate the source of her pain without needlessly stressing her out. Wonderful bedside manner! Dr. Amelia is great. Our Old Man orange kitty somehow developed a facial abcess over the course of an afternoon. They had us send photos over email to triage, and then were able to squeeze us in between appointments to drain and give him antibiotics so we didn't have to take him to the ER clinic.
