The people are great. Know I was from out of town, shuffled their schedule to get me in, and got me back on the road in a couple of days. Price was great, gave me suggestions as what i should do when i got home but i had them do it as they more then earned my trust.

I recently brought my 19 RAM 2500 to MTD for a long list of items related to suspension and electrical (and this was my first experience with the MTD crew-I was referred by a friend). Having traditionally dealt with only dealerships, I was a little nervous working with an independent shop. It turned out to be the best experience with a repair shop to date and I will be giving them all of my work going forward. Highly recommend! The sheer fact that this company was willing to try and find an impossible part for us today says a lot. Despite being unable to locate one either, the fact that Naomi was willing to give it a go and sent me a few leads was absolutely amazing. As a small business ourselves, we appreciate and understand how helping others still takes time. That time is by no means unappreciated. Thank you so much, you guys are running an honest and caring business.
