Installed brand new metal roof on newly constructed house. A week later was leaking around chimney flashing, John the owner came and put caulking around flashing. Next rainstorm leaked again, this time came with full 4 man crew to caulk entire flashing, in addition sprayed inside with flex seal after I told owner I wanted flashing redone. Not surprisingly it still leaks. Notified owner who ignored the issue, never getting back to me. In addition, during extreme storms roof leaks as well as chimney flashing.
