James provided the most pleasant, honest and informative HVAC service I think I have ever had. Luckily my issue was easily solved but I believe even if it was a much more involved problem James and Velocity would have proven to be the right call.
Came quickly when AC died. Had a complicated problem with our very old unit, but James was creative and persistent in solving it and didn't just jump to recommend replacement. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Had my A/C fan go out on me a few weeks ago, Velocity came out in a timely manner and explain the problem and fixed it.
