Started out feeling rushed, when I tried to fill out the paperwork. But they do an excellent job and are very ready to answer any questions you have. I saw a difference immediately after my cleaning, and the staff was impressively friendly. I believe it's the best I could have asked for.
Dr.Mathai is fantastic! I've been going here for 4 years now and each and every time it is an exceptional experience. It saddens me to see poor reviews as I feel they are misrepresenting the quality care here. You cannot ask for more! First, the entire staff is kind and efficient. They go out of their way to be pleasant and make appointments convenient to you, fitting you in for urgent care such as a chipped, cracked tooth or toothache. The wait time is perhaps 5-max 10 minutes. Dr. Mathai is kind and extremely attentive. Her bedside manner is excellent! She listens and Hears you, addressing each and every issue you may have. Would have been a 5 but appt started just over 15 minutes later than scheduled, I understand these things happen once in a while but that was reason for rating the visit a 4. Very pleased with both hygienist and doctor.
