This company does not keeps its promise. I’ve sent a complaint to my HOA. The grass in my condo community is horrendous. It is about 8 - 10 inches high of grass because this company does not come out to mow regularly. They also leave debris. I am requesting a motion with my HOA terminate the contract for breach of services.

Chapel Valley, a place where a person, I imagine a manager, treats his employees badly, with arrogance and no ethics or professionalism, there is a recording of this type speaking very badly to a worker

Lord Jesus this morning I was very nearly killed by one of your plow trucks out this morning.Thanks be to God, Legion of Angels, and growing up in Midwest so know how to drive in blizzard conditions. I grew up with family who plowed, you never use a plow or do what they did! Thanks be God I was able to safely handle the situation so no collisions.Truck was northbound on 28 this morning. Came up behind me very fast, recklessly, plow down and all the debris went on me blindsiding and snow they were plowing into my passenger side causing my vehicle to get out of control and loss of traction.Thank God I have a big truck & tons of experience with snow conditions! Chapel Valley has made Woodbine, MD our home, and served as our corporate headquarters for the past 50 years. Being located close to both Howard and Montgomery County has provided opportunities for us to embed ourselves in the community. We work with several local charities including St. Augustine Catholic Church and the Friends of the National Arboretum in DC. Out of this office we’re able to service all of our clients in need of Landscape Management, Snow & Ice Removal, Irrigation & Water Management, and Landscape Construction & Installation. Out of this office we’re able to serve much of Maryland including, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Olney, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, and Silver Spring.
