I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Capital Pet Movers, who moved my dog, Jonas, from the US to the United Kingdom. Everything went perfectly - with the exception of my cracking the kennel wide open the day of the flight. Angie jumped into action immediately and found a solution, saving the day. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their love of animals!! We had an amazing experience moving our dog, Petunia, from the US to Italy! I was so nervous about the process but Angie and the rest of her team reassured me and made sure everything was smooth. From helping with crate options to arranging her delivery to our home in Italy, Capital Pet Movers made sure everything was perfect! It’s clear that they value our fur babies as much as we do. Very happy with my experience using capital pet movers to move my cats door to door. I was already out of the country but they worked with me to arrange a pick up with family and get them to my apartment in South Korea. They were very detailed, transparent and flexible throughout the whole process. I loved getting photo updates too! Such a less stressful way to move a pet rather then having them with you on the plane. Cathrine and her team really made my moving experience ten times easier! Highly recommend!
