Our home inspector advised us to replace the electrical panel in our new home. We got quotes from several companies, but it was James at Northern Electric that stood out the most. Where other electricians came in and immediately started quoting big jobs, James helped reassure me that our current panel was working fine and how replacing it could benefit us in the long run. He presented a few options and send a no-pressure estimate for us to review.
When it came time to do the work, James and his team arrived right on time and did all the work in a hassle-free and professional manner. They even left the place cleaner than they found it! To top everything off, though, we discovered an issue later that evening once everyone had left and settled in for the night. I sent James a quick message hoping he could come out the next morning and was absolutely thrilled when he dropped what he was doing and arrived at our house at 10:45 in the evening to take care of it. Now THAT is how you win a customer over!

Euro Design is a wonderful remodeling company. We had our primary bedroom and bathroom remodeled. Rafael, our designer, did a great design that we loved and was readily available throughout the process. The team of builders were kind, quick and worked as neatly as they could. The renovation went smoothly and with very few issues. If an issue arose, there was no blame game played and the team worked to find a solution that would work for everyone. The renovation has been completed now for 6 months and we are still absolutely thrilled with what Euro Design did for us.

An automobile ran off the road and plowed into a brick pillar at the end of our driveway, knocking this substantial structure off-kilter, damaging the driveway and dislodging the ball-shaped cement decorative top. Petrlik Masonry's crew was very responsive in dealing with the insurance company and was able to lift the structure in one piece and reset it into fresh concrete, re-attach the decorative ball and repair the damaged driveway. Excellent experience and execution, like it never happened. Highly recommended! Call Dave for great service. ~JK

Had to get my Chevrolet 1500 towed called 4 agencies in the area which stated it would take 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive, I called priority towing spoke to dispatch they arrived in 40 minutes everything was simple as well as specific, Sam came in truck #8 he did a superb job he was excellent a stressful day turned out not so bad after having priority towing on my side will always have them added to my contacts for sure thanks again Sam
