“We recently re-landscaped our backyard into more of a garden. As the back porch steps also needed to be replaced, we decided a small patio would add the finishing touch to our transformed yard. Not many companies are interested in small jobs, but Land Art, Inc was willing to help. One week after the work began, we had more than we had originally anticipated -- a beautiful and durable patio that will increase our enjoyment of the new backyard, and perhaps add value to our house.We worked directly with the owner -- Brian Moran -- who provided a number of options from which we chose an elegant patio design with distinctive stone and brick materials. It was a pleasure working with him and his team, who were punctual, polite and extremely competent. In addition, they kept the front of the house and street free of all building materials, and tidied up the backyard at night. When the patio was completed, they mulched the garden beds and reseeded the entire backyard, covering it with straw to keep off hungry birds and squirrels.The quality of their work and their personal service was outstanding. “I just purchased a house in Damascus, before I even moved I was regretting the purchase. Even tho was my dream home
I felt in pieces when my unfinished basement had so much water coming from the floor 3 sub pumps all on 24/7 and my 1000 sq feet home had a $300 electrical bill before we even moved in. The grass was always saturated of water 4-5 days after rain even if was 98 degrees outside. The sidewalk 3-4 inches of puddles. I was desperate ! ?
I called 4 different experts in water protection on the outside and they all gave me crazy numbers and most of them gave me 50/50 chance was going to work.

Sent me a very professional proposal with all 3 D pictures of how my backyard would look after the service. Let me choose all the materials so would match with house and outdoor kitchen.
I must say my backyard looks amazing. But i was waiting for the rain .
Last 2 days it rained a lot
And my basement is dry dry dry ?
No puddles anywhere on site
And all the water is going to the county drain my the rd just the way was supposed to be.
I m in love with my house again
And cant wait for
Moving day.

“Competitive Pricing + Responsive Customer Service + Quality Productsand Workmanship -- We had to replace a large poorly installed rotting two-tiered wooden retaining wall. In 2016 we contacted LandArt Associates, in addition to 2 other companies, to obtain estimates for a block wall (SRW). Christian Boyd immediately responded to our request for an estimate and spent time providing details for various proposals and a pricing breakdown for each proposal. In contrast to other companies' representatives, Christian thoroughly explained the installation process and gave us several design options that helped us to determine an absolute budget. After going over all the data we had collected from the 3 companies, we concluded LandArt was by far the way to go. However, the county's stream restoration project started at that time and caused us to have to put our wall replacement project on hold in order to give the county a right-of-way through our property.The stream restoration was finally completed this spring 2019 and given the passage of so much time we decided to start the wall replacement plan from scratch, contacting 4 companies, with LandArt being the only company from earlier, for proposals and estimates. Again, Christian Boyd was responsive to our particular landscaping challenges and answered many questions to help us understand options and pricing. In comparing the various companies and their proposals and estimates, which ranged greatly, we noted LandArt was consistent in their approach to customer service (respectful and responsive), pricing (competitive), and product availability (same or comparable to products used by other companies charging much more). We again choose LandArt over the other companies.We were pleased find that LandArt's office staff are very respectful and equally pleasant to work with. Moreover, the work started on time, was completed without delay, and clean up was without problems. The expert work crew was meticulous and polite. And the new SRW wall looks amazing!
