This was the very best HVAC check up I’ve ever had. Kevin was so thorough and he explained everything he’d done. He even sent me pictures. He suggested that I open the vents down stairs for the heating season. I was really impressed. You have a great employee there!
Horizon semi annual visit was great as usual. Rob P. and Kevin were excellent. They explained what they were doing as they went along. Both seemed to be very knowledgeable about the business, friendly, and courteous.
Chad did a fantastic job taking care of replacing my outside water spigot that would not completely shut off. He took his time assessing the problem and explained his findings and a solution in easy to understand terms. Chad is very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and customer friendly. He enjoys the work that ge does and it shows in the outstanding service that he delivers to customers.
