Getting an appointment was quick and easy (same day!). The service rep was very skilled at his job and explained things clearly. I was so impressed with the work done that I signed up for the annual contract on my equipment.
Shawn M. From Horizon (Baltimore County) provided excellent service at my home. I needed furnace repairs and he was extremely professional and patient. He answered all my questions and treated me like a person and not a number. Shawn is the best experience that I've ever had from a company. Too many times companies skip steps and lie to make more money off of you. Not Shawn M. he not only knew his stuff, did a great but he explained everything and gave me options without judgement. Not satisfied! Don’t NOT send ‘Oliver’ to my home ever again! My furnace did not look this way prior to his visit.Had a follow up from Horizon with Rob. Fully satisfied with his work! Thanks Rob?.
