Larry was prompt and thorough for furnace checkup. He also found that the exhaust fan operation was getting marginal and probably heading for failure. He returned the next day and replaced it. Furnace is much quieter now!

Update May 2020 - Horizon customer service is top notch from the person who answers the phones all the way to every technician that enters a home. You would think I got paid to say that but it’s just refreshing to deal with a company that really takes customer satisfaction seriously. Great job to the team of James, Sean and Butch installing my new system!

Update Oct 2019: They must only hire top notch technicians. Matthew is the latest technician to provide outstanding customer service and workmanship. A++

October 16 was the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. This was the first time I used Horizon Services.I learned about them from various mail advertisements. Scheduling was easy. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, and eager to help. Scheduling is very flexible. I received email notifications to keep me updated. Love the trucks you use! The technician who came to my home was very friendly. His name is Kraig. He was very informative. Made me feel @ ease. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his enthusiasm. These are traits you don't see often these days! My issue was a toilet that wouldn't flush. He replaced the flapper, and the turn off valve....read full review
