Listen I have been eyeing this braiding salon for a few months. I decided to give it a try. The best decision that I made. The location has parking and ideal. The braiding lady was on time and professional. My braids were done in less then 4 hours with just one braided. The place is clean. The braider was swift and braided my hair the whole time without taking a break. This is my first time and definitely not my last. This will be my new braiding shop to get my hair braided. Look no further; you won’t be disappointed. One more thing, I love that I can pay through Cash App (that’s a plus).

I had my first experience at CoCo Hair Braiding today and it was nothing but the best. CoCo is very professional and is very truthful about what style will work best for you. I have relatively short hair and wanted knot less box braids but my hair is too short for them. Instead of simply saying that she couldn’t, she suggested that I get regular box braids since they would last longer and suit my short here. The shop is very clean and definitely a great place to get your hair done in a pandemic since everyone gets their hair done one at a time by CoCo herself. If you’re in the Woodlawn area I would highly recommend CoCo Hair Braiding.
