Where do I start? Our hot water heater and sub pump went out a few days before Thanksgiving last year... We came home to our entire basement flooded with over 5ft of water and terribly cold conditions . Billy and his team came out within hours and started cleaning up our home . They where super fast friendly and always on time. The would stay long days and never would complain. They helped us get our home not only back into shape but ever better than before. When your looking for a team that cares and goes the extra miles please call them. They where so amazing we gave them a little gift for being such a blessing to us. 100% will call again!! Thanks more than happy customer here... Billy's welcomed at our house anytime even for a movie night in our new basement/ Theater room!!!

Accord Restoration was extremely responsive to our need for service after our basement flooded. Brian Elphage was our technician and he set up the equipment right away and came back every day to check on the progress. He was very professional and easy to work with.
