I have been a customer of R T Services for over 8 years. They have replaced my heating system and installed a new gas heater and gas tankless water heater. Phil and Matt, who installed my system, are perfectionist in their work. The new gas lines were routed to give easy access for any service work and the installation reflected their pride in their work. We lost power to our AC unit on one of the hottest days. I called RT Services, and they were here the next morning. After checking the attic unit and the outside unit, they found that we needed a new fan. They were back the next day. Richard and Raymond were professional, pleasant, and worked to get the unit back in order ASAP. They even called the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. We are happy customers. We highly recommend RT Services!
