“RT Services came to my home today to inspect the plumbing as part of my Services Package with your company (which I greatly recommend). Caleb and Cameron are top notch in every way. Recommendations were made when I asked about repairs and/or installations that may be needed in the future along with prioritizations for them. Caleb showed me a leak under the kitchen sink he found as part of the inspection so the old valves were replaced while they were here in a quick and professional fashion. I was very appreciative that it was discovered and repaired. They were friendly and patient answering many questions as we went through my home and also when the inspection was completed. It was such a pleasure dealing with people who are well informed and professional in the trade - all too rare today. I would have them back in an instant for any plumbing issue I have. There are plumbers and contractors in my family so I greatly appreciate the thoroughness. I look forward to having them back in the future for the work I need.“

“After 14 years Fridinger-Ritchie just performed a second water heater replacement for us. I called around for quotes but once again no one could beat their price. I called them on a Monday, described what I wanted, and they had someone here on Tuesday afternoon with the new water heater ready to do the work. Most other places wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, some wanting to charge me just to visit and provide a quote. There technician Paul did an excellent job, he was courteous, efficient, and very clean. I really have to give these guys 5 stars.“
