Phil and Matt, who installed my system, are perfectionist in their work. The new gas lines were routed to give easy access for any service work and the installation reflected their pride in their work. The newer staff continue their reputation of professional service and concern for their customers.“

“The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!“

09/07/24 Update - had another great service call! We called after hours on a Saturday & left a message. They responded promptly with a return call, apologized for missing the call & someone got to our house within about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and we have a plan to fix it! The contractor that came out was professional, personable, and informative!“

“After 14 years Fridinger-Ritchie just performed a second water heater replacement for us. I called around for quotes but once again no one could beat their price. I called them on a Monday, described what I wanted, and they had someone here on Tuesday afternoon with the new water heater ready to do the work. Most other places wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, some wanting to charge me just to visit and provide a quote. There technician Paul did an excellent job, he was courteous, efficient, and very clean. I really have to give these guys 5 stars.“
